IIE Organization Hiring for Director, Content Strategy & Promotion (Hybrid) at New York, NY Full Time

This position drives IIE’s Communications strategy and multichannel content promotion, ensuring excellence in web, social media, and thought leadership content delivery to further IIE’s organizational objectives. ing to the head of the communications department, this key team member will be working with colleagues across the organization to amplify IIE’s mission driven work, partnerships, philanthropic initiatives, and convening power. This position will collaborate closely with the creative director and supervise web and social media leads to deliver impactful written content across all IIE communications channels and oversee the development of content calendar that aligns with communications priorities. The Director of Content Strategy and Promotion will also liaise regularly with senior management and internal communications officer to strategize on team member engagement and amplify IIE leadership and expert voices. The ideal candidate will have a deep skillset in communications strategy, project management, creative writing, editing, and the development of impactful audience-driven content with measurable results.

The Institute of International Education (“IIE”) has a hybrid work environment that allows team members a combination of in-office work and telework at any of the locations listed above.

Salary Range: $108,377 – $131,028. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
