Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients to explain and discuss their treatment plans, including recommended procedures, costs, and insurance coverage.
• Not intimidated to discuss large amounts of money with patients and their families
• Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their dental care.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to schedule and organize patient appointments based on their treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of patient treatment plans, progress, and financial arrangements.
• Communicate with insurance companies to verify and process insurance claims, maximizing patient benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns and maintaining a friendly, informative, and professional demeanor.
• Process billing and financial transactions, including handling payments, generating invoices, and coordinating with insurance providers.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as sending reminders, managing office correspondence, and ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle incoming phone calls from patients, addressing inquiries about appointments, services, and general dental information.
• Efficiently schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments based on their needs and the availability of dental professionals.
