Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the clients’ first point of contact, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring a positive experience for pet owners and our patients. The CSR is crucial in facilitating effective communication between clients and our veterinary team, managing appointments, and providing support with a friendly and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients courteously and professionally, both in person, through electronic communications, and over the phone.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication with the veterinary team.
• Customer Education: Provide clients with basic information about veterinary services, procedures, and general pet care.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, appointment history, and other relevant details.
• Billing and Payments: Process invoices, handle financial transactions, and address billing inquiries professionally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication between departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathy and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service to clients and their pets.
• Proficient computer skills.
