iHire Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Akron, OH Full Time
Our Client in Akron, OH immediately seeks a Customer Service – Account Management Representative. This position works directly with business-to-business customers and prospects for a tech service company.
Position Details
Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour dependent on experience.
First (1st) Shift: FT: M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Position Highlights
- HIGH VOLUME: Handle phone and emails from customers and prospects.
- Update customer information accurately and verify order statuses.
- Address order questions and concersn quickly and effectively.
- Monitor a shared email inbox for customer inquiries and orders.
- Assist the service department by keeping detailed notes/records on received calls.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of CSR or office experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM software
- Business-to-Business (B2B) experience in a service company is a PLUS
- Inside sales experience is a PLUS
- Experience on managing email campaigns is a PLUS
