This position is responsible for providing the highest level of Talent Acquisition services to IHG leaders and associates. This role is an integral partner in helping to acquire key talent to meet the business needs.
This role manages the Talent Acquisition processes for Corporate roles and partners closely with HR to ensure best in class practices. This position is ultimately responsible for delivering qualified candidates for assigned client groups while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the IHG selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and will build and maintain excellent relations with HRBPs, business leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, strategic thinking, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Whilst this role will initially be based in our Denham head office location, by Summer of 2022 we will be relocating to our new Global Headquarters in central Windsor so you will need to be able to travel to Windsor as required in the longer term.
