Your day to day

Under the business supervision of the Director of Finance and Business Support and the General Manager, and within the limits of InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures and local requirements, as Manager of Finance and Business Support you will be responsible for the supervision of all members of the Accounting Department; providing functional guidance to executive committee and department heads; interacting with owning company, hotel’s legal counsel, insurance companies, auditors, banks to effectively control the assets of the business and to provide business support.

• Tertiary or university graduate preferred.
• Highly focused and dedicated work ethic.
• Strong team player.
• High Attention to detail.
• Can effectively communicate (written & oral) across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to adapt to varying situations.
• Strong organisational skills, work within deadlines and prioritise effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously, have strong problem-solving skills and shows initiative.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills- Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
