Your day to day
As the Manager of Finance and Business support, you will be responsible for forecasting the financial operations of the Hotel whilst working closely with Hotel Management to ensure budgets are met. You will run financial analysis on a regular basis to fulfil monthly reporting obligations and work with our internal finance partners to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
The hotel will embark on an extensive internal and external renovation in 2022 and you will play a crucial financial strategic role in preparation for our full reopening later in the year. Your experience in cash flow management coupled with your knowledge of external hospitality market trends will put you in a position to deliver optimal performance.
This established role will use your creative approach to problem solving by identifying areas for improvement and relative cost savings with our business owners in mind. Not only will you forge strong relationships with external stakeholders, but you will also guide and educate our hotel leaders in effective cost management and efficient manning principles.
