About the role
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Global Talent Management team as a Global Talent Coordinator – Corporate.
This is a new role supporting an ambitious agenda focused on providing an engaging colleague experience to our corporate colleagues across the world. You will support IHG’s long-term ambitions and will have plenty of opportunities to take on new projects, build on existing programmes and make a lasting impact across the business. In the process, you will gain great exposure to stakeholders across the world.
We’re on a journey to re-imagine how we “do” talent management and talent development for our corporate population, and we’re looking for someone to learn and develop this approach with us. We’re a growing, tight-knit team and we’re looking for a fun, creative and confident individual who loves getting involved in varied initiatives and projects and seeing them through the entire lifecycle, from conception to delivery. This role will require you to take responsibility and accountability all whilst having the confidence to manage a fast-paced and exciting workload.
Maybe you have a couple of year’s previous experience in HR, talent management or colleague experience. Maybe you have a set of transferable skills and a passion for HR. A good attitude, agile mentality, strong ability to prioritise, impeccable eye for detail, strong communications skills and excellent stakeholder management will set you apart.
