The role

Working in our Europe Talent Acquisition Team (part of Human Resources), as coordinator you will be widely responsible for supporting the delivery and service to our Europe Corporate Offices and General Manager recruitment for managed hotels. A great opportunity for a passionate and process driven individual who is looking to begin their career in Talent Acquisition and build a career in Human Resources!

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

• Coordination of all interviews
• Preparing and posting job adverts on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Reviewing and responding to applicants via the ATS
• Management of the ATS system for Europe vacancies
• Administrative support for all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process (Reporting, Talent Pooling, Preparation of documents for presentation, Talent Acquisition business partnerships etc)
• Administer SHL Assessments where required and share results to relevant parties
• Administer and retrieve background checks where required to ensure SOX compliance
• Administer and retrieve references checks for all hires to ensure SOX compliance
• Prepare employment contracts across Europe utilising shared drive and ATS system
• Set up external suppliers via Ariba

What we need from you

Whilst we love experience, mindset is of equal importance. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to think beyond what’s been done before. Someone with a real can do attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to combine creativity and commercial rigor.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, presenting data accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work
• Organised, delivery orientated and self-motivated
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning and growth
• Ability to work remotely from Manager although with regular daily touchpoints

Whilst this role may initially be based in our Denham head office location however we will be relocating to our new Global Headquarters in central Windsor, so you will need to be able to travel to Windsor as required in the longer term.
