POSITION

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to assist the Finance team with daily functions that will support many facets of the company. The ideal candidate will be highly attentive to details, trustworthy, team-oriented, and willing to flex into a new role at any given moment. Cannabis Industry experience is a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead financial planning and analysis function across operating segments and business lines

• Create financial and operational performance reports to help senior leadership understand company performance and trends

• Drive forecasting and reporting processes, including budget vs. actual analysis, re-forecasting, Management and Board of Directors reporting materials

• Work with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into an overall corporate budget

• Maintain and enhance company operating and projection model; create models for new projects

• Make recommendations to optimize the company’s business lines and products for highest returns

• Develop day-to-day business partnerships with internal stakeholders to help them achieve their operational and budgetary goals

• Provide ad-hoc support to management, particularly in commercial and financial matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field. MBA preferred, but not required

• At least 5 years of prior work experience in financial planning and analysis roles mandatory. Investment banking and/or private equity experience also considered

• Exceptional financial modeling and data management skills

• Deep knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements

• Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking

• Understanding of consumer-packaged goods, retail and/or manufacturing industries

• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority-setting skills

• Proven experience in financial project management

• Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel and Powerpoint

• Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
