Ignite Business Consulting LLC Hiring for Digital Media Coordinator/Ad Specialist Full Time

We are a growing company looking for a Media Coordinator/Ad Specialist to be a part of our team. This position will be responsible for driving revenue through sponsored ad placements for e-commerce products.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up products, campaigns, and offers in CRM Platforms
• Build and manage paid media campaigns & evaluate performance
• Plan, execute, and optimize social ad campaigns including but not limited to ad copy/format testing, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, budget management, etc.
• Strong ability to understand, evaluate and communicate ad creative best practices to maximize performance and optimization
• Set up email automations and manage campaigns in Klaviyo and SendGrid
• Work closely with developers and graphic designers to build sales funnels and e-commerce websites
• Analyze campaign data and optimize accordingly utilizing conversion tracking to deliver maximum return
• Set up and analyze data from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Optimizely
• Use of 3rd party tools for website monitoring and optimization
• Monitor and analyze data for abnormalities and troubleshooting
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize media effectiveness and assist in negotiating optimal rates/placements on behalf of clients
• Identify, investigate, and fix issues related to campaign execution and performance; escalate and collaborate with other internal parties as needed to troubleshoot and resolve
• Monitor and on paid, organic and social performance with tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to: impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, sales conversions, and revenue
• Perform other tasks as needed by the management

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into executable ideas promptly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; analytical with time management skills
• Work independently and lead projects
• Working knowledge of Excel – pivot tables, text formulas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
