Recruiting Location of applicants – Walsall, Tamworth, Litchfield

This role is home-based, you will require a strong internet connection, Laptop will be provided.

Key Responsibilities;

• Report to Finance Manager *

• Sales and Purchase Ledgers, double entry bookkeeping *

• Manage and reconcile the Profit & Loss *

o Includes finance, sales and commission tracking

• Support monthly payroll function *

o Track commission payments/calculations

• Liaise with Team leaders/members across the business – UK & Global Raise Invoices as required *

• All aspects of Bank Reconciliation and Reporting using a variety of systems Check monthly payments and deal with any issues/queries *

• Must be able to manage your own time and workflow with the use of Project management systems under the direction of the Finance Manager *

• All other related financial based project tasks and general administrative duties associated with the finance function *

• Attend regular zoom and face to face meetings with the Finance team Essential Experience Required; *

• Proven background in finance *

• Qualified to AAT Level 3, Level 4 would be advantageous *

• Must be efficient in the use of spreadsheets (Excel) *

• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage Accounting *
