In a matrix organisation you will be part of the Global Finance team as well as the Global HR team supporting the rollout our of new Xactly implementation. The purpose of this role is to contribute to transparency and control as well as increasing predictability and forecasting accuracy.
Job Description
This is new position for which we are seeking an experienced finance/reward professional who thrives in an end-to-end role, from detailed analysis to assisting with reward program design, someone who can analyse, create, communicate, constructively challenge & problem-solve.
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of the Xactly Incentive system and new project initiatives
Subject matter expert, supporting the business to resolve queries and solve problems
Owing Data Integrity: providing high quality data analysis and translation into insights, making recommendations on next steps.
Ensures the accuracy of all inputs into the Xactly system, monitoring outputs and taking corrective and preventive action where necessary.
Oversee annual bonus budgets and monthly forecasting.
Prepare monthly reports for Local, Regional and Global stakeholders.
Define KPIs from all incentive plans and aligns with data points and formulas
Understands all commission plan structures and owns calculations for payments
Responsible for all financial outputs from the Xactly system
Provide reporting on reward management and related issues
Good knowledge of complex reward frameworks
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Able to assist business with reward related queries
Effectively engage with a diverse team in multiple geographies.
Additional areas of responsibility:
Align with Global HR team to ensure IFS compiles with in country regulations and deadlines.
Develops and implements a internal controls (including standardizing policies & procedures); regularly review the same and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsible in assuring that the internal controls in place are adequate and in compliance with all corporate governance requirements relating to rewards
Work with internal & external auditors where appropriate.
Qualifications
To be a successful your mindset will be the key factor, but to get even further we would like you to have a relevant academic certification or relevant experience in Finance.
You should also have:
Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA or similar)
PQE experience of working with Business Operations and Sales Compensation Plans
Advanced level Excel, creating data templates and knowledge of database systems
Experience of working in software industry in global or regional role
Effective communicator – translating financial data to business leaders
People Management skills with natural coaching and influencing skills.
Fluent in English

The position is located at our Staines office and you will report to the CFO organisation with dual reporting to the CHRO.
