Tasks & responsibilities

• The Business Consultant takes a leading role in various phases of IFS projects in order to meet customer needs. With your key finance and HSM skillset, you will guide our customers through prototyping workshops, training, knowledge sharing, and hands-on project experience.
• You will hone your skills to consistently work independently with Customers.
• Responsible for leading all aspects of the functional solution, working closely with the IFS implementation team, as well as using their industry and implementation experience to advise and guide the customer project team.
• You will have a proven track record of successful project deliverables, driving customer success, and enjoy being the key functional expert in one or more functional areas.

Qualifications & experience

• An academic background with a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Accounting, Business, or IT (or equivalent education or experience)
• Experience delivering ERP/IT projects in a relevant industry setting, preferably in a similar role.
• IFS product experience (5+ years) is required, in particular with the Finance and HCM modules in IFS Applications
• In conjunction with our Solution Architect, involvement in scoping of solution teams of a project. Experience of articulating and critically evaluating customer-specific business process maps.
• Experience in a customer-facing role touching data analysis and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is required.
• Experience with ERP software
