• Identify IFS’ needs to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
• Recruit, expand, manage and coach a highly skilled Talent Acquisition team
• Identify and implement solutions that support the achievement of our diversity and inclusion priorities
• Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting, ensuring this links to effective recruitment timelines working in partnership with finance
• Anticipate the organisations future needs and advise on well tested as well as innovative recruiting tactics that will ensure hiring the right talent for continued company’s success
• Lead the development of global processes and automation to ensure excellent and consistent candidate experience
• Ensure maximum benefits are delivered from system, tools and resources, including our recruitment platform, SmartRecruiters
• Establishing effective sourcing, pipe-lining and managing the CRM for key talent
• Develop and leverage our employer brand across multiple channels to aid candidate attraction in partnership with our world class marketing team
• Drive a data focused approach to TA that allows for increased rigour in our decision making
• Understand and demonstrate experience of building campaigns, future skills pipe-lining
• As a thought leader, ensure connection with external sources and peer organisations to keep abreast of trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business
• Push Talent Acquisition change programmes from both a strategic and operative level

• Experience in successfully recruiting and managing a growing Talent Acquisition team
• Proven success in leading global talent acquisition in a distributed model
• Ability to be strategic as well as tactical when making decisions
• Strong Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships and influencing across the organisation.
• Proven experience in increasing talent sourcing within an organisation, maximising direct hiring by using the right model and mix of skills across TA
• Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information and disseminating this to the business in a digestible format
• Experience of working in the software/technology industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver on multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment
• Experience in managing a PSL, ensuring agencies are used only when appropriate
