Job Description
The Role:
In a matrix organisation you will be part of the Global Finance team and work closely with the teams in Global HR and Business Operations to support the rollout our of new Xactly Incent implementation. The purpose of this role is to contribute to transparency and control as well as increasing predictability and forecasting accuracy.
This is an exciting position for which we are seeking an experienced finance professional who thrives in an end-to-end role, from detailed analysis to assisting with reward program design, someone who can analyze, create, communicate, constructively challenge & problem-solve.
What you’ll do with us (not limited to):
Additional areas of responsibility:
Align with the Global HR team to ensure IFS compiles with in-country regulations and deadlines.
Team Leadership & Development, virtual team management
Develops and implements internal controls (including standardizing policies & procedures); regularly review the same and make recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for assuring that the internal controls in place are adequate and in compliance with all corporate governance requirements relating to sales compensation and bonus schemes
Work with internal & external auditors where appropriate.
Qualifications
We’ll love it if you have the following experience:
