IEWC Corp Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) Job at Remote Full Time

IEWC has a great name in the industry and one where people feel part of the team, an employee-owned team! IEWC is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 4-6 month assignment (can be performed remote).

The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. This person will also be the point of contact for staffing agencies as well as running reports/metrics each week.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions full life-cycle.

– Experience with sourcing efforts – Linked In Recruiter and various job boards

– Professionalism, organization and project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
