If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Senior HRIS Manager : Must have extensive experience in WorkdayExtensive working knowledge of Workday modules : HCM, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation and Talent.
Responsible for all Workday HRIS operations including enhancements, customizations, upgrades, and maintenance.Leads efforts to improve HR systems configuration, test, and operational excellence best practices.
Ensures SOX compliance is met.Manage project prioritization. Develop project plans and roadmaps in support of the Workday HRIS system.
Required Skills for the Senior HRIS Manager : Minimum two years’ experience as an HRIS manager or related supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience in Workday including configuration, integrations, multiple modules, ing, dashboards, process improvement, and maintenance of Workday.
Experience successfully managing an HRIS team of Workday experts.Excellent analytical skills, including an ability to explain systems and solutions in simple terms to stakeholders across the business.
