We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, and planning interviews and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for IDEMIA’s current and future hiring needs.

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, and planning interviews and selection procedures. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for IDEMIA’s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers and Local HR of the country to identify hiring needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through various sourcing channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and online interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Recruitment & Induction status reporting.
- Monitor Probation progress.
Experience:
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment (Technical hiring experience is preferred).
- Experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- It requires experience in Leadership hiring as well.
- Graduate.
- Selection and candidate engagement of different countries in APAC including Australia and New Zealand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong stakeholder Management.
- Good presentation & negotiation skills.
- Understanding the User Experience needs (Candidate and Hiring Manager)
- Knowledge of the Software market (Latest recruiting trends, competitors, etc.)
- Positive attitude & Strong personal ethics and a high level of commitment.
