We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Support Representative (ISSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be will be assigned to an Account Executive and will be responsible for assisting with quotes and proposals, product sourcing and pricing, order processing, customer support, ing and other sales support duties. This position requires strong relationship building skills, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to think strategically and creatively to develop new business opportunities. ISSR will also have an opportunity to generate direct sales by working existing contract-related opportunities, as well as developing new opportunities within assigned government agencies and large system integrators in order to drive company revenue. Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Executive(s) throughout the entire sales cycle to include: quoting, sourcing, order processing and management, tracking, RMA’s, customer support, ing and other sales support duties
• Respond directly to Request for Quotes and Proposals to generate direct sales and grow own customer base
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Present and sell company products, solutions and value add services to new and existing customers
• Work within CRM (Salesforce) to track all customer activities
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to obtain best pricing• Training on various technology manufacturers products and solutions
• Adhere to established company policies and procedures
• Training on various technology manufacturers products and solutions

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of prior sales support or sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Advanced keyboarding skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
• • Ability to follow disciplined sales process

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in SalesForce.com or other CRM platform
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Understanding of various types of contracts
• Experience with multiple technology distribution channels
• Self-motivated and results oriented

Compensation:

• Competitive base pay will be dependent on qualifications and experience
• Commission for indirect and direct sales
