Our Talent Acquisition Associates are a critical part of Ideal Concepts’ ambitious expansion plans. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be tasked with recruiting the top talent for our insurance broker positions.
You will be given tools to recruit applicants from a variety of sources. You will qualify and phone screen candidates to support our overall recruitment process.
You will be tasked with utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and networking to grow a diverse pipeline of candidates that will be selling on our in-house sales platform.

You will own the process of:
· Finding, engaging, and activating passive candidates via sourcing methods
· Screening resumes and interviewing candidates from both active and passive markets to determine fit
· Facilitating interview process with other team members
· Regularly tracking pipeline, priorities, and performance data
· Testing candidates to meticulously select the top individuals who will perform well on our sales platform
You will also have:
· A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in Business, Marketing or related field of study
· Experience in high volume recruiting and/or staffing OR experience in a phone sales-related role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology
· Exceptional organization and time-management skills
· Self-motivated personality
· A drive for professional development

This is an on-site position, located in Allentown, PA. In light of COVID-19, we have made temporary arrangements for our staff to be able to work remotely. Once we are cleared to return to our offices, remote work will not be an option.
