Due to our phenomenal growth we are seeking to recruit an forward thinking Senior Reward and Benefits Manager who will lead the business strategy for the global reward, recognition and benefits programmes. Responsible for the design, implementation, communication and administration of the, you will be joining a driven and ambitious people team, who aim to provide a world class service as well as always being ready for chat about the latest bake-off series!

Areas of Scope:

• Be an instrumental thought leader in the development of the Global HR strategy
• Proactively deploy the appropriate Reward and Benefits interventions ensuring we attract, retain, develop and engage our colleagues in line with our Culture and Values.

Role and Responsibilities:

Reward and Recognition

• Communicate, promote and the evaluate the Reward and Recognition strategy, working on continuous improvement and best practices to ensure that the Reward function is recognised as a Centre of Expertise.
• Design, implement and manage the Company’s pay and grading framework including job evaluation and compensation benchmarking to ensure a fair and robust process is followed.

Benefits

• Design benefits services and strategies, makes recommendations, and prepares proposals for new and improved programmes based on business need and/or in line with government changes.
• Collect and analyse benefits information for all employee levels using a variety of methods to determine the competitive position and cost saving opportunities for the company.

Measures of Performance:

• Cost management and utilisation of the benefits scheme to ensure year on year efficiency gains
• Harmonise reward, recognition, and benefits schemes within 12 months of Ideagen completing an acquisition.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CIPD Qualified
• Extensive experience in the design and administration of Reward and Benefits programmes
• Global Reward and Benefits experience (specific experience in US and Asia would be an advantage)
• Understanding of employment law and its application in a commercial environment
• Experience of change management and influencing senior stakeholders
• Install a “People” first global operation
