Summary : The Office Assistant will assist in the day-to-day requirements of the Idaho Pacific Colorado Corporation (“IPCC”) plant office and will provide back up to the Operations Assistant.
The position will work Monday through Friday 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm.
Position Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in the following duties and responsibilities :
Knowledge and Skills :
familiarity with Navision or other tracking software helpful.
Education :
Education must be of such a level as to allow for the accurate reading, writing, calculation and communication of the required materials and instructions to complete the job responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
Normal indoor office environment. This position requires sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. General use of office equipment including telephone, keyboard / mouse – extended reaching and use of hands and fingers.
May be exposed to environmental factors normally attributed to a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Supervisor Duties :
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
