iD are looking for a Graphic Designer to work across our Creative team.

The Role.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to work in our digital / creative team who has a natural talent to consistently nail creative across all mediums and touchpoints, with a range of our clients. If you are passionate about your creative output, looking for a new challenge, change of scenery, or an agency that will provide you with autonomy and ability to explore your creative genius then iD is the place for you.

Our ideal candidate is a person who is adaptable, flexible and has a can-do attitude. You will be responsible for both clients’ creative requirements and the maintenance of the iD brand. Time management, the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines will be key to your success in this role.

About You.

• Possess creative talent and progressive design skills
• Be able to follow briefs to create powerful designs, brand assets and really bring our events to life.
• Be able to conceptualise, design and present ideas to a high standard.
• Be flexible with your workload adjusting to multiple demands and/or shifting priorities when needed.
• Be a team player, love working in a collaborative environment and possess awesome communication skills to manage all stakeholders’ requirements.
• Have a formal qualification in Communications, Multimedia or Graphic Design.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

To Be Successful, you will be…

· Excellent eye for detail with the ability to deliver a creative response to new business proposals.

· Ability to follow brand guidelines (including iD’s own).

· Capable of conceptualizing and developing new creative ideas.

· Able understanding of design/layout briefs to consistently produce high quality work.

· Advanced knowledge of Adobe suite – proficient in Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (across still and motion)

· Strong knowledge of design fundamentals; typography, layout, colour, designing and preparing final artwork for print.

· CAD render creation – taking an idea or concept and bringing it to life visually/in 3D

· Assist in creation of content, GIF’s, stop motion etc for client social media accounts, as well as iD’s own channels

Ideally photography skills.
