Job Summary
We are recruiting for a dedicated and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is pivotal in attracting and integrating top talent, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
The TA Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and screening resumes and applications for various positions within the company.
This includes conducting initial phone screens and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. The TA Specialist will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
This individual will develop and maintain effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
The TA Specialist will prepare and distribute onboarding documentation and conduct new hire orientations to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Planning and facilitating orientation sessions for new hires is a critical function. The TA Specialist will provide new employees with the necessary resources, training, and information to help them succeed in their roles.
The TA Specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information and assist in maintaining HR databases, generating s as needed.
Ensuring all recruitment and hiring processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations is key.
Participation in special projects aimed at continuous improvement of HR processes and practices is expected.
