The role:
Sourcing freelance talent to support with digital content creation, SEO tasks and editorial roles

Liaising with internal teams across all parts of the business to understand their ongoing requirements and priorities

Creatively utilising freelancer platforms, forums, Social Media platforms and other digital sourcing channels to actively identify talent

Coordinating the testing process of potential freelance collaborators, ensuring that anyone onboarded meets our quality criteria

Tracking and reporting on the status of each resource request and staying on top of admin

Requirements:
Experience of recruiting writers/translators/editors

An understanding of digital content services

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills and very strong interpersonal abilities with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
