As the UK’s only Microsoft’s AI Inner Circle partner, we only work with the best. We are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and well-organised Talent Specialist to join our business team.

The Talent Specialist will report into the Finance and Business Manager and will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR function as well as managing the recruitment function for the business.

In this role, the Talent Manager will be expected to:

• Ensure the smooth running of the recruitment function
• Build recruitment roadmaps and Market mapping
• Work with marketing to promote the business as a desirable place to work
• Maintain and review policies, processes and documentation and ensure compliance with legal obligations and GDPR
• Work with department managers to create and review KPI’s for all staff and build a performance review process
• Run quarterly employee satisfaction reviews
• Manage onboarding of all new starters including HR induction meeting and weekly check ins
• Maintenance of HR systems; Bamboo and Greenhouse
• Support managers in performance management cases
• Record all sickness and review Bradford factor on a regular basis
• Assist Finance and Business Manager on maintaining employee benefits and providing payroll detail
• Create monthly reports for monthly SLT meetings
• Be the first point of contact for all HR queries

Ideal candidate Skills:

• Have experience as a HR Manager
• Have experience leading an internal recruitment function

• Be a confident communicator and work well under pressure
• Be friendly and approachable
• Have experience as a line manager
• Experience with Bamboo, Greenhouse and LinkedIn recruiter preferred but not essential
• Experience in a growing SME company desirable

Role Information:

• Salary: £40K-45K
• 37.5 hours per week ideally Monday to Friday
• Reporting to: Finance and Business Manager
• Location: You must live and have the right to work in the UK. This role can be remotely based or can be partly based in our Basingstoke Head Office
