ICS Hiring for AP Manager Job at Remote Full Time

100% REMOTE

A well-established and respected nonprofit in Los Angeles seeks an AP Manager. This individual will report to the Controller and manage the entire AP Process. The right person will have a strong background in Accounts Payables with the ability to write policy and procedure and establish structure. Responsibilities:

· Manage the entire AP process

· Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable staff

· Generate weekly ACH, wire and check payments

· Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm correct GL account and cost center codes

· Respond to external vendors and internal managers with AP inquiries

· Process year-end 1099 reporting

· P-Card and fleet fuel card administration

· Participate in the monthly close process related to accruals and clearing accounts

· Accounts Payable cash forecasting

· Review expense variances and ensure accurate budget coding

· Support internal and external audits

· Responsible for special projects and ad hoc reporting requests

· Review AP aging reports

· Work with procurement across the organization

· Support the Controller and Treasury Manager

Requirements:

· Must have international wire experience

· USAID/Non-Profit Experience Required

· Extensive experience working with vendors and internal customers

· Experience developing desk procedures, policies and procedures

· Excellent communications skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
