Full Job Description
Mental Health Discharge planning is a critical element in the continuum of rehabilitative programming. High risk inmates with mental illness must have discharge plans. The quality of discharge planning, transitional services and aftercare often is the essential key of successful reintegration into the community.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cranston, RI 02910: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Mental health: 1 year (Preferred)
