About you as Finance Assistant

• Accounting qualification (or working towards) is desirable
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience of account procedures
• Passion and understanding for hospitality
• High levels of computer literacy including Excel

Aim of Finance Assistant role:

To support the operation through maintaining appropriate controls and administration and accounting functions

The role of Finance Assistant

• Update Procurement Wizard accordingly when goods/services are being received/completed.
• To raise PO for departments, including beverage or stationery when required as per stock levels
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure we get best value for money and find best supplier options in a regular basis
• Maintain Purchase Order Accruals and Forecasting sheet
• General overview of PW to ensure the system is kept up to date, deal with any new suppliers, liaise with Iconic Procurement Director, etc
• Liaise with various teams for stock count are carried out within deadline
• To perform basic holiday cover for other office members showing teamwork and flexibility
