Job Title : Logistics Advisor V

Location : Wayne, NJ

End-Client : Large Oil & Gas Company

Pay : $35-$42 / hr (+benefits)

Length of Assignment : 3-month W2 Contract

Role Synopsis

The Logistics Advisor oversees, guides, and ensures all daily logistics activities and provides a safe, high quality and high service, and cost-effective logistics operations in GSC.

The Logistics Advisor also provides vital logistics and business insights, through the ing and compilation of key performance indicators that direct the overall logistics organization towards ongoing operational and cost improvement

Key Accountabilities

• Manage financial processes within the Logistics team, freight bill audit and payment, PO management, invoice processing
• Manage the EDI interface and data transfer between Logistics and 3rd parties
• Perform Monthly accruals for logistics costs
• Perform logistics financial analysis as needed.
• Freight payment experience required.
• SAP knowledge for PO’s, shipment costing and freight payment required.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of Client Syncada tool.
