ICC Hiring for at Oxnard, CA Full Time

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions to support multiple departments. Position will start as Part Time, but will become Full Time as more job responsibilities are acquired.

Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Maintain and update files manually and using a computer.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, and personal computers.
• Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Data Entry
• Generate Invoices, Preliminary Notifications and Lien Releases.

Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Two years of experience as an Office Assistant
• High energy personality and excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
