passion for administration. Supporting the Road Safety Policy and Programs department and its senior manager, you are
proactive, diplomatic and able to provide stability and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
This position is an amazing opportunity for someone to bring their administrative knowledge to support the smooth running of
our teams and delivery to all the lines of our business and in particular, the Road Improvement Program, where ICBC provides
co-funding to municipalities and other road authorities for over 350 road improvement projects annually.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of the day-to-day functions, which contribute
to the overall efficiency, and success of these fast-paced dynamic teams. You will also collaborate cross-functionally and in
partnership with other admin in the division, particularly in support of a team of Community coordinators and to support the
overall needs of the business.
Responsibilities will include some of the following:
