The opportunity:
This role is a blend of contributing to strategy development, needs analysis, design, planning and project management, stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, implementation, reporting and embedding behaviour change. Coordinate the service provision of development solutions including executive coaching and mentoring to better enable leaders to set expectations, develop their talent pipelines, measure, and track progress to elevate their team’s performance.
