The opportunity:

This role is a blend of contributing to strategy development, needs analysis, design, planning and project management, stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, implementation, reporting and embedding behaviour change. Coordinate the service provision of development solutions including executive coaching and mentoring to better enable leaders to set expectations, develop their talent pipelines, measure, and track progress to elevate their team’s performance.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Talent Development Lead you will:

• Support the identification of talent through the preparation, managing and reporting of talent reviews.
• Proactively create and manage diverse talent pool and talent pipelines to reduce time to hire and meet evolving business needs.
• Provide the business advice and solutions on appropriate talent assessments and support the implementation of these including leadership 360°s, personality instruments and strengths-based tools.
• Provide support for the implementation of customised development solutions to teams and leaders, including executive coaching, mentoring, conferences, short programs, team workshops and team development.
• Support succession planning initiatives through preparation of successful plans and guiding leaders and P&C, BP’s in appropriate succession methodologies.

Your story so far:

• Tertiary level qualification (e.g. bachelor’s degree) in adult education or other people development related discipline or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through extensive practical experience.
• Proven experience in prior Talent Development roles.
• Highly developed collaborative approach to stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal; planning and time management skills
