The opportunity:

This role is a blend of contributing to strategy development, understanding the organisation’s plans and priorities to create and implement talent acquisition plans, project management, stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, implementation, reporting and embedding behaviour change. the service provision of all aspects of the resourcing and recruitment activities and systems will better enable leaders to set expectations, develop their talent pipelines, measure, and track progress to elevate their team’s performance.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Talent Acquisition Lead you will:

• Manage partner relationships including the recruitment outsource provider and managed services provider to deliver permanent and contingent resources in line with contractual requirements.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the onsite talent acquisition team and ensure the contract and resourcing requirements are met to deliver a consistently high level of service and experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Identify the organisation’s needs to create and implement an efficient long-term talent acquisition strategy (RPO vs In-house).
• Develop and measure key recruitment metrics to monitor performance and provide talent insights to support workforce capability decisions.
• Be an inclusion, diversity and equity advocate to deliver hiring processes that are inclusive and a workforce that reflects the community that icare supports, in line with Disability and Multicultural Inclusion Plans and strategic imperatives.

Your story so far:

• Relevant tertiary education in a people related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical experience.
• Proven experience in HR operational planning experience combined with experience in a leadership role in human resource management.
• Highly developed collaborative approach to stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal; planning and time management skills
