icare is currently seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Senior Finance Business Partners in reporting, forecasting and budgeting contributing to organisational performance.

About the Role

As a Finance Analyst you will report into our Senior Finance Business Partners and work collaboratively within a high performing and analytical team in driving accuracy and transparency when it comes to organisational performance. `

• Accurate preparation and execution of reports, reconciliations, submission of forecast and budget, as well as SAP general ledger maintenance to support management reporting.
• Administration of accruals, preparation of monthly management reporting with full audit trails to the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of management reports to the General Ledger.
• Investigate ad hoc queries and variances, as needed.
• Assist with the maintenance of SAP master data to support management reporting.
• Maintenance of management reporting tools.

About You

• Studying for OR qualified CA (CAANZ) or CPA (Australia)
• Demonstrated analyst experience in Management and/or Financial Accounting
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services industry advantageous
