IC Spares is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This is an entry level position with room for growth. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn about digital marketing and has a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid search, display, social media advertising, email marketing, paid search advertising, and other online marketing strategies
• Conduct research to identify new online marketing opportunities and develop new campaigns
• Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns to identify ROI and analyze results
• Develop and implement creative content strategies to increase website traffic and online presence
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent content strategy across all digital platforms
• Monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze data to identify trends or patterns in digital marketing performance and develop strategies to drive improvement
• Develop a strategy for measuring digital marketing performance and on progress to senior management
• Manage the development of new tools and platforms that will help us grow our business

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred; or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

• Signing bonus
