Your Role and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Partner – 24 months fixed term – Sydney

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the privilege of being a brand ambassador for IBM, promoting our Employer Value Proposition within the market.

Based in St. Leonards, you’ll be exposed to all corners of our business and expected to forge deep, collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers around their hiring needs.

You will be equipped with some of the best AI, Sourcing, Market Intelligence and CRM tools on offer, enabling you to stay abreast of the ever-changing hiring trends and market dynamics.

As you play the role of talent advisory, recommending the most appropriate talent attraction & sourcing strategies, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting roles from hybrid Cloud Sellers and Mobile Application Designers, to I.T Consulting Professionals.

Apart from your day-to-day recruiting and talent pipeline building activities, you will also get involved in numerous Talent Acquisition and HR projects within ANZ and Asia Pacific.

Act as our national SME for our tech-stack including Smashfly X, Select for IBM, and the Agile TA platform. Including upskilling all team members through enablement sessions, reassessing the team needs and providing continuous improvement and how we can better utilise the tool, as well as co-facilitating focus groups across the Geo.

Represent IBM’s local diversity and branding agenda’s in internal Global forums

We are Looking for:
5+ years end-to-end recruitment experience (Agency or Internal preferable with IBM)

IBM Knowledge of recruiting systems & processes, job posting technology, social media tools / trends and recruiting channels

Superior Sourcing skills – LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, Social Media, Seek Talent Search

Experience in recruiting Senior Technical Sales roles

Previous experience within the IT industry (advantageous)

Exposure to recruiting across disciplines at all levels within a complex, matrix environment

Exceptional customer service mindset, attention to detail, good prioritization skills

Strong commercial acumen and consulting skills with the ability to engage and influence

Clear and concise in both oral and written communication

An appetite for continuous improvement

Role is able to be offered on a permanent regular employment basis or on a fixed term hire 24 months basis.

Compensation package from $80,780 (full-time equivalent inclusive of superannuation) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience
