Your Role and Responsibilities

We have a rare opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our national team, to make a difference in the way IBM recruits.

Working with a team of energetic talent partners, you will help to shape both the candidate and the hiring manager experience in our end-to-end recruitment process.

You will learn everything you need to know about Talent Acquisition on the role, and will be able to add your own flare to this brand new position.

The ideal candidate would be a recent Human Resources Graduate, an existing administrator/coordinator looking for their next challenge or someone who is looking to re-enter the workforce after a break.

What will I be doing?

• · Create and open roles in our ATS· Schedule interviews for our senior appointments
  • Gather relevant offer documents from the candidate (ie. Right to work documents)
  • Send key documents to the hiring manager to complete (interview forms, business due diligence form)
  • Obtain relevant approvals from the business pertaining to creating an offer (sign-on bonus, sales plan)
  • Generate offer details via the ATS to send to the relevant approvers
  • Proactively follow-up on pre-onboarding progress such as criminal background checks
  • Ensuring hiring managers have coordinated Day 1 details for the candidate
  • Assist with branding activities – creating distribution lists, coordinating content to meet scheduling deadlines.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc requests from team leads
