IBM Hiring for Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Lead at London Full Time

Introduction

As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

HCM

Oracle Talent Cloud lead with experience in solution delivery of at least 2 Talent Cloud implementations including the following phases: requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT, training and deployment. Must have hands-on configuration experience in delivering the Cloud Talent modules, and ideally hold the Oracle Talent Management Cloud certification. Detailed knowledge of configuring Oracle Cloud Talent Management elements; goals, profiles, performance reviews etc. Experience of other HR modules recommended. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expected to gather requirements, run workshops, configure modules and system test, support business testing, identify workarounds and solutions for business challenges.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management SME, with experience of leading the delivery of the Talent Management modules across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with public sector

Languages required: English

Will need British passport or residency > 5 years due to nature of public sector work
