ibis Hiring for Talent & Culture Coordinator Job at London, England Full Time

Are you bubbly, motivated and ready for next step in to HR career? We are looking for an individual with ideally HR experience to join the HR function at ibis London City Shoreditch and ibis Budget Whitechapel.

As a Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will undertake a multi-faceted role that encompasses the coordination of Talent and Culture and Training duties at two London Hotels also supporting CRS related activities. The role reports directly to Talent & Culture Manager. You will be part of a newly created Team, ensuring that all employees have a consistent and exceptional Talent experience.

Main responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for championing our culture in all people oriented initiatives. You will support the group standards to ensure our teams have the skills, knowledge and confidence to excel in their role.
• You will be responsible for the delivery of the employee learning journey, from on boarding and initial training to supporting Line Managers in the ongoing skills development
• Coordinate recruitment advertising through Accor jobs, and other channels as necessary
• You will conduct initial HR screening of candidates and ensures interviews are conducted according to recommended guidelines, consistent screening criteria is used, and appropriate questions are asked
• Acknowledge all CVs received, prepare all offer letters, contracts, legal documentation and other letters to all potential employees as required
• Motivate motivating team members and create a team spirit is an integral part of your daily operating culture in order to create a good working atmosphere within the Hotel.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and training records according to legal requirements
• To offer support to the Talent & Culture Manager in terms of Talent Management, Payroll and Disciplinary and Grievance, Absence Management activity

Work Experience

About you:

We are looking for Talent & Culture Coordinator who are passionate about training and improving employees’ skills and knowledge to ensure they deliver an exceptional experience

for our guests. You will have an understanding of the hotel operations, and ideally experience of delivering training to operations teams. You will also have:

• Friendly, enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, positive approach to all parts of your role
• Excellent presentation skills
• High Attention to detail, taking pride in quality of work
• Strongly self-motivated, and passionate about hospitality
• Has a high level of spoken and written English
• Able to prioritise and multi task

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
