ibidPREP Hiring for In-Person & Virtual Tutor Job at New York, NY Full Time

Here’s the deal:

We are a well-established company, and we have been working throughout New York City for the past decade +. We work with students from 4th Grade through college on all tests and academics from the State Tests to Hunter HS Exam to SHSATs, SATs, ACTs and beyond.

Most of our tutors have been with us for a long time because we train them well, give them great students and treat them right. We do not take on new tutors lightly, so we request that you consider your qualifications and commitment before applying.

We request that all applicants be:

Able to communicate professionally and consistently via email
Comfortable learning and implementing Zoom, Google suite and our online proprietary programs
Strong enough in BOTH ELA and MATH to teach to a high school level
Energetic, engaged and caring as a tutor
Available to work both in-person and remotely
Able to work one-on-one and with small groups
Prepared to take a full diagnostic exam [up to 3 hours]*
Prepared to train directly with our owner [at least 3 hours]*
*All training and prep will be compensated at an administrative rate
