Product (Software Engineering) Internship
During your 12 months with the Product team, you will fully immerse yourself in our Product Pricing Team giving you the exposure and experience to help with the delivery of digital products in our Pricing Club. Working as part of an agile product team you will have the chance to support all aspects of back-end development, whilst learning so much about what this means to the wider business and its partners – a true opportunity to turn your knowledge of coding/software engineering into relevant and commercial experience.
The Product department is leading the transformation of IAGL into a digitally-optimised, loyalty products and services business and during your time with the Product team, we will introduce you to how our business reimagines and redesigns our products and tech to reflect this. You will learn how to deliver against functional and technical product backlogs that will create amazing experiences for our customers.
The team have huge accountability and ownership for big projects across the whole business, and with that you will find a team of great communicators who are passionate about what they do and are passionate about learning from each other. The team are advocates for continual learning and development with a real mix of backgrounds and educations – one thing is for sure you will have huge support to help you become the best version of yourself, but also hope to learn from you!
