About the Finance Department
Finance operates at the core of IAG Loyalty, providing company-wide information management, finance support, and Avios currency reporting. We are committed to using agile practices to continuously improve the department and to support the wider business with resource allocation and prioritisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Produce high level, accurate financial and management accounting information to the business.
• Working with the Senior Finance Manager you will be building solutions in Anaplan for both FP&A and the wider finance team.
• Design and compile financial reports, variance analysis and KPI tracking using the Anaplan FP&A software.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues across various departments.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for information on a regular basis and project work as required.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager with the adoption and rollout of Anaplan within IAGL.

Skills, experience and expertise

• An advanced level of Microsoft Excel is essential (the ability to create pivot tables, lookups, manipulate large volume of data, match/index formulae as a minimum).
• Working knowledge of finance / FP&A systems would be a huge advantage but not necessary (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Workday, etc.).
• Currently studying a professional qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA)
