- Manage business and client processes
- Review practices to ensure administrative processes and workflow is streamlined
- Provides marketing assistance to the advisor by:
- Responding to client requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to increase Assets under Management
- Mining new opportunities within the existing client base
- Providing clients with engaging marketing communications materials
- Fund fact sheet distribution and following through on sales leads
- Organize Client Reviews and portfolio reports Organize informational events and seminars
- Educational requirements
- Industry experience and or IIROC licensed assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Growth-oriented with ability to take initiative and work independently
- Computer Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $36,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
