The main areas of responsibility are:
Develop and enhance the HR profile and build strong relationships with the leaders, offering advice, coaching, and support in all aspects of people management.
Continually review HR policies and procedures, updating them to ensure legal compliance with continuous improvement and best practice for business and staff.
Support the HR Administrator with payroll including instructions for joiners, leavers, salary changes, annual pay reviews, bonuses etc., adhering to varying deadlines.
Ensure effective adherence to the Performance & Development Review (P&DR) process, utilising the HRIS to roll out to all employees.
Provide advice and recommendations on all HR practices in respect to Recruitment and Selection.
Keep abreast of any changes in employment law and/or Company policies as well as best practices and trends across the UK
Support any restructure projects including cost analysis, the consultation process and accompanying redundancy documentation.
Oversee the administration of the Company’s pension scheme, ensuring compliance with requirements set by The Pensions Regulator.
Oversee the Company’s Death in Service scheme, including the submission and safe storage of named nominees.
Maintain employee records whilst ensuring accuracy for GDPR compliance, both electronically and on file.
Effectively manage the HRIS, BambooHR and promote the continuous use of the system to all employees
