About The Job

• We are currently in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Business Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic Revenue team, situated at Waratah Campus.
• Your responsibilities will also include performing data analytics and generating comprehensive s, with a key focus on understanding the business context and utilizing data stored in source systems effectively.
• Working closely with the District Patient Services and Revenue Manager and Billing System Administrator, you will actively foster a culture of innovation, seeking opportunities for productivity enhancement and encouraging the adoption of efficient process improvement methodologies.
• As the chosen candidate, your role will be essential in ensuring optimized patient fee revenue generation by providing expert knowledge on revenue policies and business rules. You will advocate for data integrity and drive effective utilisation of HNELHD source and billing systems.
• Our primary focus lies in leveraging data analysis, education, and training to strengthen the generation of patient fee revenue. We are committed to excellence and are excited to welcome a new member who shares our passion for driving impactful results.

Where You’ll Be Working

• Collaborating closely with the District Patient Services and Revenue Manager, as well as the Billing System Administrator, this team plays a proactive role in cultivating an information-driven culture.
• As the chosen candidate for this role, you will receive support from the District Patient Services and Revenue Manager, the HNELHD Billing System Administrator, and the wider Revenue team, which consists of knowledgeable experts such as Business Analysts and revenue specialists
• To ensure your development, regular catch-ups with the District Patient Services and Revenue Manager and HNELHD Billing System Administrator will be scheduled, granting you access to the necessary tools and training.
• You will have immediate access to the NSW Health My Health Learning Platform and Microsoft’s Enterprise Skills Initiative.

• Strong aptitude for data analytic with the ability to extract valuable insights from source systems and interpret business context.

• Eligible to drive in NSW and willing to travel for work purposes.
