About The Team
The Customer Experience division provides a wide range of specialist support across NSW Trustee and Guardian divisions including marketing, campaigns, brand, customer and employee communications, and media liaison, customer advocacy support, and service design.
About The Role
The Marketing & Communications Officer will drive and execute internal and external communications strategies across NSW Trustee and Guardian whilst also assisting with a variety of marketing projects, campaigns, and media initiatives to promote our business. The role will involve stakeholder management across the organisation to enhance communications across the divisions and promote our brand.

About You
You will be customer-centric in everything you do and passionate about customer experience. Your creative flair and ability to adapt to working on multiple tasks is essential to succeed in this role.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry within services sector, professional and or community focussed areas across a diverse range of customer groups.
