NSW Trustee and Guardian have two full time opportunities available (35 hours per week)
- 1 ongoing full time and 1 temporary full time up to 12 months with possibility of extension.
- Location: Parramatta and Sydney CBD with hybrid/flexible working arrangements available.
- Offering a competitive salary of $93,295 up to $102,941 per annum plus superannuation, annual leave loading and flex hours.

About The Role
The Executive Support Officer role provides a range of executive support services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Senior Executive/s achievement of organisational objectives.
The role manages the Senior Executive/s diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinates travel arrangements, and schedules and supports meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda and the efficient use of their time. The role is also responsible for drafting and preparing correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements.

About You
- Demonstrated experience in supporting Executives in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- An ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and to meet deadlines, and an ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with individuals at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of using MS Suite (especially Ms Power Point, Word, and Excel)
- A positive attitude and be self-motivated
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in administration or executive support.
