About The Role
National Parks and Wildlife Service has a unique opportunity for the Administrative Support Officer to work as part of the team and contribute towards the conservation of the natural environment, flora, fauna, and Aboriginal heritage.
The role provides a range of administrative support services such as records management, diary management, financial administration, meeting and event coordination, HR administration, and ing support to deliver quality services and support the achievement of business objectives.
About You
You are a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, busy and diverse setting. You will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff and stakeholders.
Your passion for your community and environment, coupled with knowledge of financial systems (SAP is desirable) and passion for providing excellent and positive customer service will be key to your success in this role.
